About the project:-
Nile Business City Mall, the Administrative Capital, is developed by Nile Development, on an area of 70.5 acres in the heart of the New Administrative Capital.
The Nile Company Administrative Capital project is located near the Grand Mosque of Egypt, the Cathedral of the Birth of Christ, the Diamond Hotel, the Ministries District, the regional ring road, and a group of compounds such as: Celia Compound, Yarrow Compound, and Florya Compound.
The project Location :-
The Nile Company chose a distinguished location to establish the Nile Business City Tower, which is considered the third tallest skyscraper on the continent of Africa, so plot MU32 was chosen to be the location for implementing this huge project. Its facade overlooks the Bin Zayed Axis and the Green River, with a distance of 200 meters, and thus it is the widest. The facade overlooks it, as no one visits the Administrative Capital without seeing Nile Mall.
Project design:-
The project was implemented by Siak Company, which implements the Chinese Towers in the capital, and the mall’s construction consultant, Engineer Asaad Salama, who implements projects in the Arabian Gulf. As for the general consultant for the project, Engineer Muharram Bakhoum, who is considered the most important consultants in the Middle East, the responsibility for facilities and periodic maintenance goes to CMF Company, which is responsible for the mall.
